Mithali Raj summed up India’s see-saw World Cup campaign by saying that it was a good learning curve for some of the lesser experienced players in the side, which will shape them up well for future events. India, the runners-up of the 2017 World Cup, made an early exit in the 2022 tournament as they copped a defeat at the hands of South Africa on Sunday, March 27. When asked about the reason for India failing to make the cut, Raj pointed towards the middle phase of their campaign when they lost consecutive games to England and Australia.
