Dinesh Karthik’s late carnage – an unbeaten 14-ball 32 – has propelled RCB to a formidable 205 for 2. But for as huge as that total is, will it be enough on the batting paradise at the DY Patil Stadium with dew set to play a big role? Punjab Kings may not have their best batting line-up available to them but there is plenty of firepower in the XI. After dropping Faf du Plessis on 7, Shahrukh Khan took a superb forward diving catch to end the RCB skipper’s innings on 88. Maybe, it has come a little too late as chasing 206 looks like a tough ask despite the batter-friendly nature of the track.
Innings Break!@RCBTweets have breached the 200-run mark in their first game itself this season and posted a solid 205-2.
Can the #PBKS chase this?
