No overs were lost despite two rain interruptions on the final day in Barbados as England kept building on their lead in the opening session. Having started the day with a 136-run lead, England scored at a fair clip to increase their lead to 281 before rain once again intervened as Lunch was called on the final day’s play. Once the heavens opened up again, play was stopped with the session comprising 24.5 overs for 145 runs at a very healthy run-rate, and the declaration came soon after as West Indies were set 282 to win. After a rocky start, Kraigg Braithwaite has eased the nerves in the dressing room as all three results still remain possible.
A huge wicket for England ☝️
