The Bangladesh Cricket Board has given rest to star all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan from the sport till April 30 to recuperate from mental and physical fatigue. Shakib informed the board recently that he is not ready to play due to his mental and physical situation and made it quite clear that he shouldn’t be on the plane to South Africa. As a result, the BCB president Nazmul Hasan questioned his commitment to the national side. However, the board has eventually accepted the experienced campaigner’s request for a break.
