(Video) West Indies Women beat England by a slim margin

West Indies pulled off their second heist of the 2022 World Cup in as many matches, this time against title defenders England who suffered a narrow seven-run defeat chasing 226 in Dunedin on Wednesday. England’s depth came to the party after they were reduced to a hopeless 94 for 5 at one stage, courtesy Hayley Matthews’s twin strikes after the powerplay. However, Shamilia Connell’s double whammy in an over and Anisa Mohammed’s composure in the final over helped West Indies pull of another upset to go second on the points table.
