The 2022 edition of the Indian Premier League will begin on 26th March 2022. South African Test skipper Dean Elgar has asked his players not to take part in the cash-rich league. Elgar said that he received a call from the representative at Cricket South Africa regarding the player’s availability for South Africa’s series against Bangladesh. The bilateral rubber will conclude only on 12th April 2022. And, Elgar added that the players need to brief CSA whether they will offer their services for the national side or participate in the IPL.
I wish our players will not leave for IPL before BAN series.
But even if they prefer IPL , I can totally understand them.
