Bangladesh Cricket Board president Nazmul Hasan has confirmed on Monday, February 28, that star allrounder Shakib al Hasan will be available for the upcoming two-match Test series against South Africa. Shakib has earlier made himself unavailable because the tour was clashing with IPL 2022 but has agreed to participate now after going unsold in the auction. The announcement comes shortly after BCB cricket operation chairman Jalal Yunus told the media that they are eager to sit down with the experienced campaigner to chalk out a future plan.
