Paul Collingwood has been appointed England's interim head coach for the upcoming Test series in West Indies, the ECB announced on Monday, February 7. Collingwood was also recently in charge of the English side that lost the T20I series in the Caribbean 3-2. Following the Ashes mauling, the ECB have been eyeing an overhaul to their set-up. Andrew Strauss recently took over as the interim director of cricket whereas Chris Silverwood was sacked as the coach. Collingwood, who is currently on a break in Barbados, will join the team when they arrive on February 25.
