(Photo) Brendan Taylor admits delay in reporting spot-fixing approach

Brendan Taylor has confessed that he failed to report in time to the International Cricket Council an approach made to him by an Indian businessman to spot-fix. In an elaborate post shared on his Twitter handle, the former Zimbabwe captain and wicketkeeper also revealed that he might cop a multi-year ban by the sport’s governing body for allegedly not reporting the corrupt approach. However, Taylor gave himself the clean chit, noting that he has “never been involved in any form of match-fixing.”
