It turned out to be a near-perfect session for Australia once again as they ticked all that they set out to achieve. England are posed with an excruciatingly difficult task ahead of them as Haseeb Hameed made an exit for nought, leaving the tourists 20/1 at Tea. He prodded forward to defend but it hit him on the top glove before lobbing to the keeper. Pacer Jhye Richardson has proved a handful for the Englishmen with his velocity and discipline, and Hameed could have done little to keep that lifter out.
One down, nine to go!
