As Australia continue to reinforce their supremacy in Ashes 2021-22, England have been dealt with another blow after the second day of the ongoing day-night Test in Adelaide. England were initially fined 100 per cent of the match fees for slow overrate after the opening Test in Brisbane and deducted five points. The International Cricket Council has now clarified that England have been fined eight points instead of five as the tourists were found eight overs short of the mark at the end of the Test that ended in four days.
