Hosts New Zealand will lock horns against West Indies on March 4 in the opening game of the ICC Women’s World Cup 2022. Unveiling the fixtures of the marquee 50-over tournament, the ICC stated that the 31 games of the tournament will be played over 31 days with the final set to be played at the Hagley Oval in Christchurch on April 3. The second day of the event will see defending champions England square off with six-time winners Australia at Seddon Park in Hamilton while arch-rivals India and Pakistan will meet the following day at Bay Oval, Tauranga.
