Charith Asalanka departed early on the fourth day of the Galle Test between Sri Lanka and West Indies to leave the hosts at 106/3, although the hosts’ lead has gone past 50. Earlier, Veerasammy Permaul and Jomen Warrican ran through the Lankan batting line-up to wind up their innings for just 204. From being in command at one point, Sri Lanka have combusted spontaneously to allow West Indies a foothold in the contest. The islanders will have to bounce back strong before the game is out of their grasp.
Congratulations to Veerasammy Permaul on his maiden 5-fer for the #MenInMaroon
