Rajasthan Royals have retained their captain Sanju Samson, opening batsman Jos Buttler and uncapped Indian player Yashasvi Jaiswal ahead of the IPL 2022 auction. Jofra Archer, Ben Stokes, Evin Lewis and Chris Morris were not retained by Rajasthan Royals. RR now has the remaining purse of INR 62 crore ahead of the IPL 2022 mega auction. The first precursor to IPL 2022 has been ticked and the eight franchises have announced their list of retained players.
