Test lynchpin Cheteshwar Pujara believes that new Indian head coach Rahul Dravid’s expertise in the longer format would help the squad improve. Following the T20I series triumph over New Zealand, India, coached by Dravid, will play the Blackcaps in a two-match Test series beginning on Thursday. According to Pujara, Dravid being the cricket stalwart he is would provide valuable mentoring to the young guns. Pujara is an important gear in the Indian team’s batting wheel, but three figures have eluded him in recent years.
