Australia found a way around Sri Lanka’s power-packed batting and bowling in Dubai to bring up their second consecutive win in the Super 12 stage of the T20 World Cup. Leggie Adam Zampa and Mitchell Starc did the trick with the ball in the middle overs, and it was the out-of-form David Warner who rediscovered his mojo with a quickfire 31-ball fifty on a friendly Dubai pitch and set Australia up for a comfortable seven-wicket win. Australia will face England up next on October 30 in Dubai while Sri Lanka travel to Sharjah to take on South Africa on the same day.
