When India are in trouble, they so often call on the experienced, world-class talent of Virat Kohli. They did so again on Sunday night, as Pakistan put their opponents under serious pressure in the opening stages. Shaheen Afridi claimed the early wickets of Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul, with Hasan Ali seeing off Suryakumar Yadav and Shadabh Khan getting Rishabh Pant caught and bowled. Kohli’s 57 made sure that India were able to get over the 130 mark, posting something to bowl at into the nineteenth over.
