(Photo) Sri Lanka falter after promising start to chase

Despite the early wicket of Kusal Perera leaving them 2/1 inside the first over, Sri Lanka began their chase of 172 against Bangladesh in relatively serene fashion, a healthy partnership between Pathum Nissanka and Charith Asalanka taking them ahead of the rate and to 71/1 at the turn of the ninth over before Nissanka departed. It was Shakib Al Hasan, as ever, who turned the tide, the 34-year-old taking the wickets of Nissanka and Avishka Fernando in quick succession to put the Tigers back on top.
