(Photo) Ecstasy in Scotland’s camp after qualifying win

With qualification at stake, Oman captain Oman Zeeshan Maqsood opted to bat first, overlooking the dew factor to give his batsmen the freedom to post a big target but Scotland punched holes regularly to deny the hosts. Josh Davey (3 for 25), Safyaan Sharif (2 for 25) and Michael Leask (2 for 13) made constant incisions to keep Oman in check, before eventually skittling them out for an exigent 122 in the final over. Scotland gunned the modest total down with three overs to spare.
