(Photo) Hasaranga, Nissanka lead Sri Lanka’s revival with enterprising fifties

Pathum Nissanka and Wanindu Hasaranga joined forces to bail Sri Lanka out of choppy waters after they lost three early wickets in the T20 World Cup clash against Ireland. While Hasaranga led the recovery with his counterpunching 71, Nissanka played second fiddle to perfection. The right-handed opener struck six fours and a six during his important knock of 61 that allowed Sri Lanka to find their feet and eventually post a daunting 171/7. Joshua Little was the pick of the bowlers, returning a four-wicket haul.
