His feet were glued at the crease as the ball jagged away a fraction to graze the wood and thud into the mitts of wicket-keeper Jake Doran. Tasmania are making hay on a spicy pitch, having reduced their adversaries to 40/4 early on the opening day at the WACA ground in Perth.
