With the T20 World Cup approaching fast, New Zealand got some productive match practice under their belt as they defeated the Netherlands in a warm-up game at the ICC Academy in Dubai. The Blackcaps posted a strong 154/8 in the stipulated 20 overs before restricting their opposition to 148/8, winning the match by a slender margin of six runs. Paul Chapman and skipper Kane Williamson couldn’t partake in the unofficial rubber due to hamstring niggles.
