This was the heartwarming moment that Deepak Chahar proposed to his girlfriend in the stands after an IPL game for the Chennai Super Kings. It happened just as the fixture had come to a close on Thursday evening, and captured by TV cameras around the ground. As Chahar’s girlfriend said yes to the big question, there were lovely scenes as his teammates gathered around and joined in with the celebrations. It is great to see friends families back in grounds, not least for moments like this.
