(Video) Delhi Capitals barely avoid bottling up easy chase

Delhi Capitals made a meal of what should’ve been a facile chase, but got over the line somehow to take another step towards a top-two finish. After a rare Ruturaj Gaikwad failure, CSK just didn’t have the batting firepower to impose themselves, huffing and puffing their way to 136/5, thanks largely to Ambati Rayudu’s valiant 55. A middle-overs wobble saw Delhi Capitals nearly fritter the game away before Shimron Hetymer and Axar Patel gritted it out. CSK dragged the chase all the way to a dramatic final over, but Kagiso Rabada quashed any hopes of a late heist with a neat clip to fine leg.
