(Video) India topple Australian winning machine in a thriller

India finally got the better of Australia on Sunday, ending the home side’s 26-game winning streak in enthralling fashion. The tourists had finished just short in the second One Day International but were able to get over the line here, carding their highest ever successful run chase in women’s ODIs. Australia had put on 264-9 batting first thanks to runs from the lower-middle order in Beth Mooney, Ashleigh Gardner and Tahlia McGrath. It was a total that forced India to the final over of the game, with opening bowler Jhulan Goswami hitting a winning four with just three balls and two wickets to spare.
