Mumbai Indians skipper Rohit Sharma has served his quarantine period and begun practice in Dubai ahead of the second phase of the Indian Premier League. The opener had put up a strong show in the Test series between India and England, which came to an abrupt end. The defending champions will lock horns with Chennai Super Kings in the first game of the remainder of IPL 2021 on September 19 at the Dubai International Stadium.
