Having been bowled out for an above-par 373, Lancashire were desperate to force home their advantage as they came out to bowl on the morning of day two at Taunton. They continued to find themselves in an authoritative position in this Division One County Championship clash after Tom Bailey produced a jaffa to dismiss Somerset opener Ben Green. The delivery was just the second of the innings and pitched around middle stump, swinging away from Green’s outside edge and crashing into the top of off.
