Eoin Morgan turns 35 today, and the occasion represents an opportunity to reflect upon everything he has done for English cricket. He is widely recognised as the best white-ball captain the country has ever had, a status that materialised when England won the 50-over World Cup in 2019 in ridiculously pressurised circumstances. He has scored more One Day International and Twenty20 runs than any other England cricketer, and will look to bring even more success when he leads his team out at the T20 World Cup in the UAE, due to start in October of this year.
