Mohammad Abbas is well-known for his metronomic, deadly bowling action, but on Tuesday he pulled out his lesser-coveted shot-making as he reverse-swept to the boundary. It offered Hampshire some useful second innings runs as they took control of their County Championship game with Warwickshire. The away side had been skittled in their first innings for 89, only to respond by knocking Warwickshire over for 116 themselves. Hampshire then steadied the ship to post 322 thanks to some fine rearguard action from Vince, Barker and Wheal.
Love that, @RealMAbbas226 😮😅
Hampshire’s lead now at 293.
