Kent Spitfires booked their berth in the Vitality Blast grand finale with a 21-run win over Birmingham Bears in front of a raucous crowd at Canterbury, breaking the jinx of three quarter-final defeats in the previous six seasons. Qais Ahmad picked two for 13, as the Spitfires humbled the Birmingham Bears, who fell short chasing Kent’s 162 for seven.
