(Video) Watch three sixes bigger than Liam Livingstone’s 121.96m max vs Pakistan

Cricket fans were left speechless on Sunday night after witnessing a thrilling physics demo courtesy of England batsman Liam Livingstone.

The 27-year-old smoked 38 off 23 balls as England beat Pakistan by 45 runs, but it was another figure that saw jaws drop at Headingley.

Various news outlets have reported that the six hit by Livingstone off the bowling of Haris Rauf in the 16th over went 121.96 metres. As you can see in the video below, it was smashed right out of the stadium.

Sixes don’t get any bigger than that, surely? Well, actually, they do.

Scroll down to view three maximums that flew even further than Livingstone’s sweetest ever strike…

Shahid Afridi

Pakistan’s Shahid Afridi hit this 158m monster as clean as a whistle in an ODI versus South Africa in 2013. Though the record is unofficial, few would doubt the distance given the scrumptious sound it made off the bat.

Brett Lee

Australian speedster Brett Lee was no mug with the willow, and his behemoth of a six against West Indies in a Test match at the Gabba proves a glowing testimonial. His neat swipe across the line travelled a colossal 135 metres.

Aiden Blizzard

Plying his trade for Victorian Bushrangers at the WACA in a T20 final in 2008, Aiden Blizzard emphatically cleared the square leg boundary with a 130m maximum.

It comes as no surprise that this is the biggest six ever recorded in the domestic circuit.
