There are few better sights in cricket than an inswinging yorker crashing into the base of off stump and sending bails flying. One of those just pipping it, you could argue, is the ill-judged leave of a seemingly wide one onto the batter’s own wicket. Combine the two, and you have what can only be described as essential viewing. The devastatingly in-ducking seed was produced by Somerset CCC Boys Pathway’s Luke Pearson-Taylor, the brilliance of the delivery matched with an equally lively celebration.
