Tash Farrant almost single-handedly launched the Oval Invincibles back into the contest against the Birmingham Phoenix in their Hundred Eliminator match on Friday. The home side were struggling having put a modest total of 114 on the board and with the Phoenix seemingly easing towards victory via a fruitful partnership between Amy Jones and Erin Burns. Farrant took an extraordinary catch described as one of the grabs of the tournament so far off the bowling of Marizanne Kapp, and then proceeded to take a wicket of her own, seeing the back of Jones the ball after she caught Burns.
