Village cricket really is the gift that keeps on giving, as proved by this hilarious umpire reaction to a dropped catch. As the edge was found, the slip fielder went down to his left, spilling the ball and leaving the umpire, clearly in some way affiliated to the club, visibly gutted at the error. It was evidently an instinctive reaction, as he sheepishly smiles after quickly pulling his hands from his head. No wonder there are so many dodgy decisions on a Saturday – it’s all rigged!
