Australian Test captain Tim Paine, who recently undertook a high-performance level-three coaching accreditation with an eye for a mentorship role after hanging his boots, guided the younger lot as part of the Northern Territory’s Cricket 365 program.
Paine is a member of the coaching panel overseeing a Cricket Australia XI in three one-day games against a representative NT side in Darwin. The CA XI squad comprises Chris Tremain, Jack Edwards, Jason Sangha and quick Liam Guthrie apart from a host of U-19 World Cup aspirants.
