Done for pace, Talukdar chips a dolly to Rashid

A sizeable crowd gathered at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka as Litton Das and Rony Talukdar walked up to the middle after England won the toss and opted to field in the inconsequential 3rd T20I. The openers blazed off the blocks and Bangladesh built on the momentum to post a strong 158/2 in their stipulated 20 overs.

England were not at their best in the field. The visitors dropped catches, misfielded and there a bit of complacency too. That played right into Bangladesh’s hands as Litton Das made the most of his reprieve and scored a 57-ball 73.
