Bangladesh lose Litton and Talukdar in the PowerPlay

England were bundled out for just 117 in the second T20I at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka after Bangladesh won the toss and elected to bowl. The hosts have lost two wickets in the manageable chase.

The Asian Tigers are coming into the game brimming with confidence, having won the series opener against the powerhouse by six wickets. They would look to play in the same aggressive vein in the second T20I and seal the series. Najmul Hossain Shanto scored 51 runs off 30 balls as Bangladesh defeated England by 6 wickets in the first of the three-match T20I series. Shakib Al Hasan contributed 34 off 24 balls. Jos Buttler scored 67 off 42 balls as England were restricted to 156 for 6 in 20 overs against Bangladesh at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chattogram on Thursday. Hasan Mahmud was the pick of the bowlers for Bangladesh with figures of 2 for 26.

England, on the other hand, would be miffed with their performance in the previous game. They were not at their assertive best and as a consequence, are on the verge of a T20I series defeat in Bangladesh.
