Tammy Beaumont was the only member of the London Spirit lineup to make double figures in an abject batting performance that saw the home side skittled for 93 in their women’s Hundred clash with the Southern Brave.
Beaumont showed the international class we have grown accustomed to over the last few years, summed up best by her wonderful back-foot cut that flew through the covers and into the fence for four. Second to the England star’s knock were the 27 extras, including twenty-five wides, that the Brave conceded.
Oh, you’re never stopping that! 😮
