Virat Kohli stumped for the first time in Tests

Virat Kohli was stumped for the first time in 180 innings in his Test career on Day 3 of the second Test at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. He advanced down the track against Australian spinner Todd Murphy but the ball went on with the arm to decieve Kohli. He missed the line of delivery and wicketkeeper Alex Carey was alert behind the stumps.

In the first innings, Kohli scored 44 runs in the first innings before falling victim to a controversial lbw decision as his bat and pad came in contact with the ball simultaneously but the third umpire upheld the on-field call.
