Pakistan have survived the hour before Lunch unscathed and got the target down to below 300. Imam-ul-Haq did not walk out to open the innings with Abdullah Shafique due to an injury and Mohammad Rizwan coming in sprinkled some intensity into Pakistan’s innings. He was busy at the crease right from the word go and his proactivity rubbed off on Shafique as well. There were some nervy moments with a couple of reviews but the pair have looked fairly comfortable in the middle. The pitch has turn but it is slow and thus allowing the batters to navigate the challenge.
