The resurgent Ben Duckett, who got his second fifty of the Multan Test, carried on in the final session on Day 2 in the company of young Harry Brook. The partnership was dislodged by such an innocuous delivery that it left the bowler with a wry smile plastered on his face. Duckett saw a short ball by Abrar Ahmed on the leg stump and went for a pull shot but the ball was slow through the air and scooted low to beat the batter, take an inside edge and hit the stumps. Duckett walked off for a brisk 79 off 98 deliveries.
“Duckett can’t believe it! Abrar can’t believe it either!” 😧
