England are set to play a Test series on Pakistan soil for the first time in 17 years. The three-match series begins on Thursday, December 1, in Rawalpindi and will be a crucial assignment from the World Test Championship standpoint.
Ahead of the marquee series, England captain Ben Stokes has pledged to donate his match fees from the entire series to flood rescue efforts in Pakistan. The country was ravaged by floods earlier this year which is estimated to have killed 1,700 people and affected 3.3 crore people, according to news agency Reuters.
