Light showers are forecast in Christchurch on Thursday. Weather has played spoilsport time and again in the ongoing India’s tour of New Zealand, both of whom have secured their spots in next year’s 50-over World Cup. If the ominous clouds stay away, India have an opportunity to level the three-match series when they face the hosts at the Hagley Oval on the last day of November. As many as three of the five matches in the assignment have already been impacted by rain.
