Shardul Thakur has been traded by Delhi Capitals to Kolkata Knight Riders. The Delhi-based franchise, in turn, have roped in all-rounder Aman Khan from the Knight Riders. Thakur was snapped up by the Capitals in the previous auction for Rs 10.75 crore while the Knight Riders had brought in Aman for Rs 20 Lakh. Thakur managed 120 runs in 14 games he played last season and although he had a tally of 15 wickets, the 31-year old Indian all-rounder had an economy rate of a tick under 10 with an average of 31.5.
