Iftikhar Ahmed absolutely carted Axar Patel around in his first over, hitting sixes clean as a whistle. He got to a half-century on the way, getting Pakistan’s scoring rate up. Rohit Sharma brought back Mohammed Shami and the move worked like a charm. The pacer went full, straight and fast and trapped the right-hander leg before. Iftikhar walks off having done his job with a 34-ball 51 that gave Pakistan some decent momentum after they were rocked back by Arshdeep Singh, who dismissed Babar Azam and Mohammed Rizwan with an inswing yorker and bouncer respectively.
