Devon Conway powers New Zealand after middle-overs slowdown

Having lost three wickets, New Zealand bank on set batter Devon Conway and James Neesham to provide a strong finish versus Australia in the ongoing Super-12 match at the Sydney Cricket Ground. Earlier, Finn Allen’s 42-run knock of merely 16 balls gave New Zealand a terrific start after Australia skipper Aaron Finch won the toss and chose to bowl first. As soon as Allen was bowled by Josh Hazlewood, New Zealand’s scoring rate dipped, largely due to Kane Williamson’s struggles. However, Conway kept the side going with his stroke-filled innings.
