Pat Cummins started the proceedings well for Australia as he got the ball to swing late and even had a close LBW call against Jos Buttler overturned by DRS. Just two overs later, in the fourth over of the innings, he got the England captain to top-edge one that Adam Zampa did well to catch as the ball swerved in the night sky, making the grab difficult. England went on to win the second ODI as well as Australia were given a rude shock ahead of the T20 World Cup at home.
