Lance Klusener has stepped down from his role as Zimbabwe’s batting coach with immediate effect. The former South Africa all-rounder and Zimbabwe Cricket mutually reached an agreement to end the contract. As per Klusener’s agent, the decision is based on his desire to explore coaching stints in other parts of the world, which in turn could compromise his availability to Zimbabwe. Klusener had signed a contract with the Zimbabwe set-up as batting coach in March this year.
Lance Klusener has resigned from his post as the Zimbabwe batting coach just days before the start of #T20WorldCup 2022.
