Opener Mohammad Rizwan took 38 deliveries to complete his half-century as Pakistan collected 82 runs till the halfway mark of their innings, without losing a wicket. Babar Azam, on the other hand, started cautiously but picked up steam after the powerplay.
Earlier, Pacer Olly Stone was handed his debut as England elected to bowl first against Pakistan in the final match at the National Stadium in Karachi, before the series moves to the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore for the final three games of the seven-match series that England are currently leading 2-1.
