Put in to bat first, Pakistan blew Hong Kong away with a scintillating display of power-hitting towards the fag end, going from 104/1 at the end of 14th to finish with a monstrous 193/2. Chasing the huge total in a winner-takes-all contest, Hong Kong had no clue about Naseem Shah’s velocity in the powerplay or Shadab Khan’s googlies. They collapsed to 38 all out, handing Pakistan their biggest win in T20I history.
